股骨头缺血性坏死患者骨密度检测结果及分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死与骨质疏松的关系。方法选用法国MEDL公司生产的OSTEOCORE 3双能X线骨密度检测仪检测我院就诊的股骨头缺血性坏死患者88例。结果股骨头缺血性坏患者合并骨质疏松发病率高达56.815%,骨量减少35.22%,正常仅占7.95%。与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.005。结论股骨头缺血性坏死患者有着骨质疏松高发病率,对股骨头缺血性坏死患者应加强骨密度的检测、加强对骨质疏松的预防,同时应积极治疗骨质疏松。 Objective To investigate the relationship between avascular necrosis of the femoral head and osteoporosis. Methods Bone mineral density (BMD) of 88 patients with avaseular necrosis of the femoral head, who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012, was detected using OSTEOCORE3 dual energy X ray (DXA, MEDL Co. , France). Results The incidence of osteoporosis in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head was as high as 56.81%. The incidence of osteopenia was 35.22% , while the normal rate was only 7.95%. The results had significant difference with those in healthy control group (P 〈 0. 005). Conclusion The incidence of osteoporosis in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head is high. The detection of BMD and the prevention of osteoporosis should be strengthened in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head. The osteoporosis in these patients should be treated actively.
