肺癌病人营养状况与预后因素 被引量：7

摘要 肺癌是我国的第一大癌症，并且呈不断上升趋势。世界卫生组织将原发性支气管肺癌分为小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer，SCLC）和非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）。SCLC肺癌倍增时间短、生长快，很早就发生全身转移，手术治疗有限，90％的SCLC患者一线治疗首选放疗和化疗[1]。
