摘要
目的:检测PTHrP在乳腺癌与骨转移性乳腺癌中的表达,探讨PTHrP在乳腺癌及其骨转移发生发展过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP二步法检测64例乳腺增生症及不同乳腺癌组织中PTHrP蛋白的表达。结果:PTHrP在乳腺增生症中基本不表达,在无骨转移的乳腺癌中表达明显低于伴有骨转移的原发乳腺癌以及骨转移性乳腺癌(P<0.05);伴有骨转移的原发乳腺癌与骨转移性乳腺癌PTHrP表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTHrP在乳腺癌中的表达与年龄、肿瘤类型、PR、CerbB-2表达无关,与肿瘤的组织学分级、ER表达相关。结论:PTHrP可能参与乳腺导管上皮细胞的恶性转化并与乳腺癌骨转移有关。
Objective：To detect the expression level of parathyroid hormone - related protein （PTHrP） in breast cancer（BC） and in bone metastatic breast cancer, and study the role of PTHrP in bone metastasis （BM） of breast cancer. Methods： The expression of PTHrP was detected in 64 patients with benign mammary hyperplasia and different kinds of breast cancers by immunohistochemical staining. Results ： No expression of PTHrP was found in patients with benign mammary hyperplasia. The expression level of PTHrP in breast cancer without bone metastasis was significantly lower than that in primary breast cancer with bone metastasis and bone metastatic breast cancer（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression level of PTHrP in primary breast cancer with bone metastasis was lower than that in bone metastatic breast cancer（P 〈 0.05 ）. A significant positive relationship was found between PTHrP expression and histological grade of tumor and the expression of the ER, and there was no relationship between PTHrP expression and the factors such as age, tumor types, PR and CerbB - 2. Conclusion ： The expression of PTHrP may be associated with the malignant transformation of breast duct epithelial cells, and the higher level expression of PTHrP is associated with metasta- sis of breast cancer.
