摘要 病历摘要患者男，43岁，因反复发热，颈部肿物1年半，伴右上肢肿胀、疼痛20d于2005年4月19日入住广西医科大学第一附属医院呼吸内科。患者于2004年1月无诱因出现高热，伴畏寒、盗汗，多下午明显。在当地医院住院发现右颈部淋巴结肿大，
