摘要
目的:研究不同烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷抗热冲击耐力的影响。方法:将70个氧化锆试件按饰面瓷烧结温度的不同随机分为7组。采用抗热冲击耐热实验测定各组的氧化锆/饰面瓷抗热冲击温度。结果:7组间氧化锆/饰面瓷试件抗热冲击值有统计学差异(P<0.05);以正常烧结温度830℃组为对照组,除820℃组、840℃组与830℃组比较,抗热冲击温度值无统计学差异外(P>0.05);800℃组、810℃组、850℃组、860℃组与标准组830℃组比较,抗热冲击温度值均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:饰面瓷的烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷的抗热冲击耐力产生影响,过高或过低的烧结温度会降低氧化锆/饰面瓷试件的抗热冲击耐力。
Objective:To investigate the Influence of sintering temperature on zirconia/veneer thermal shock resistance.Method:According to sintering temperatures,70 samples were divided into 7 groups.the thermal shock resistance tests were performed on a Constant temperature oven.Result:There were significant differences for the temperature of the thermal shock resistance between seven groups(P 0.05).Compared with the standard group 830 ℃ group,except the 820 ℃ group and 840 ℃ group both have no differences(P 0.05),800 ℃,810 ℃,850 ℃,860 ℃ groups all have significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion:The sintering temperature influences the thermal shock resistance of zirconia/veneer.Too high or low sintering temperature decreases the thermal shock resistance of zirconia/veneer.
