乳腺浸润性导管癌中DLL4的表达及其与血管生成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)中DLL4的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化BenchMark(R)XT一步法检测122例IDC中DLL4、CD34/D2-40的表达,分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系,探讨DLL4与血管生成的关系。同时应用半定量RT-PCR技术检测IDCⅠ~Ⅲ级中DLL4的mRNA含量。结果122例IDC中DLL4的阳性率为74.6%(91/122),在IDCⅠ~Ⅲ级中的阳性率分别为48.5%(16/33)、75%(30/40)、91.8%(45/49),三者间表达差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。DLL4的表达与IDC患者肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P均<0.05),与患者年龄、ER、PR及HER-2表达无相关性(P均>0.05)。DLL4阳性肿瘤的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)值为(28.395 6±11.8480)个/HPF,阴性者MVD值则为(14.129 0±8.857 2)个/HPF,两者表达差异有统计学意义(t=6.139,P=0.000)。结论 DLL4的表达与乳腺癌的恶性程度及预后密切相关,在肿瘤血管生成过程中起重要作用。
