正中神经丛状神经纤维瘤致腕管综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，48岁。因发现右腕部肿块30余年，右手桡侧三指麻木10余年，右拇指弹响1月入院。临床检查：右腕掌尺侧见约5cm×3cm×2cm大小肿块，肿块表面皮肤光整，未见色素沉着，皮温不高，肿块质软，界清，无压痛，活动度可。腕部Tinel征阳性，腕掌屈试验阳性。
