摘要
目的探讨甲钴铵治疗轻、中度腕管综合征的有效性。方法随访24例口服三联药组（A组：地巴唑、维生素BI维生素B6）及24例口服四联药（B组：甲钻铵、地巴唑、维生素B1、维生素B6）的轻中度腕管综合征患者。于入组时、治疗后3个月及6个月采集患者临床症状，填写症状评分表。入组及治疗6个月时，检测腕部正中神经电生理。结果A及B组患者临床症状、症状总评分及腕部正中神经电生理均有明显恢复，B组恢复更佳。结论甲钴铵可促进轻中度腕管综合征恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of methyeobal on treating mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods Forty-eight mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome patients were followed-up. 24 patients （group A） took 3 drugs （bandazol,VitB1,VitB6） and 24 patients （group B） took 4 drugs （methycobal, bandazol, VitBl, VitB6） for 6 months. The patients offered their recent clinical symptoms and filled out the Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire upon study enrollment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment, respectively. Electrophysiologic study of the median nerve was done for patients at the start and end of the treatment. Results Recovery of clinical symptoms, the total symptom scores and electropliysiology of the medial nerve were improved in both group A and B, with group B being better. Conclusion Methycobal is effective on treating mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.
