摘要 目的:探讨MSCT齿科扫描(Dental planning软件)对多生牙的临床应用价值。方法:42例多生牙患者术前均行口腔全景和MSCT齿科扫描(Dental planning软件)。通过影像检查判断多生牙的位置,并与手术结果进行对照分析,比较两种扫描方法对多生牙的诊断价值。结果:42例患者共有多生牙47颗,口腔全景片正确诊断17颗,MSCT齿科扫描正确诊断47颗,口腔全景片和MSCT齿科扫描对多生牙的诊断符合率分别为36.2%(17/47)和100%(47/47)。结论:通过MSCT齿科扫描的牙及牙槽骨的矢状面和冠状面重组图像,可清晰显示多生牙的异常结构及与牙列的关系,为治疗方案的制订提供重要信息,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of MSCT with Dental planning software in the diagnosis of supernumerary tooth. Methods: 42 cases with supernumerary tooth were examined by X-ray orthopantomography and MSCT with Dental planning software before surgery. The position of supernumerary tooth was diagnosed by the two meth- ods. The diagnosis was correlated with the surgical results and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was compared. Results: Of the 42 cases,there were 47 Supernumerary teeth detected. 17 supernumerary teeth were detected by orthopanto- mography with the accuracy as 36.2% (17/47) ;and 47 supernumerary teeth were detected by MSCT with Dental planning software,with the accuracy as 100% (47/47). Conclusion: MSCT with Dental planning software using sagittal and coronal image reconstruction can not only clearly display the teeth and alveolar bone,but also show the abnormal structure and the relationship between the teeth and the column sequence, which provides important information for treatment planning and plays a unique role in clinical application.
