摘要
文章论述了新形势下加强高校学生干部队伍建设的重要意义 ,从学生政工管理干部队伍建设、学生干部的选拔、培养、使用和考核等方面思考了当前加强高校学生干部队伍建设的对策。
The article treats of the significance about reinforcing construction of Student Cadre in universities in new situations. Also it gives deep thought to the measures on how to reinforce the construction of student cadres in universities from such aspects as administrative cadre troops of students' political work, the selecting, the training, the employing and the checking on student cadres.
