摘要
在硅溶胶熔模精密铸造工艺中,质量比较大的精铸件浇注系统设计要用质量流密度进行校核,可解决内浇道面积、数量问题,防止铸件在薄壁、狭窄流道产生过热,保证浇注系统在凝固过程中形成有效的补缩通道,从而得到组织致密的铸件。
In the silica sol investment casting process, the large gating system design in investment casting should be checked by the mass flow density, which could solve design of number and area of runner, and prevent over-heating from thin-walled and narrow flow channel. The effective feeding channel could be realized in process of solidification, obtaining the investment castings with sound structure.
