摘要
对贵州省16所本科高校图书馆网络参考咨询服务现状进行调查,结果显示贵州省高校图书馆网络参考咨询服务的水平还比较落后,各馆间发展也很不平衡。高校图书馆应根据自身的条件,选择合适的方式来支持参考咨询工作。
The investigation of the present network reference services of sixteen college and university libraries in Guizhou Province indicates the rather backwardness in the network reference services of cortege and university libraries in Guizhou Province and the imbalance in the development among libraries. It is suggested that college and univer- sity libraries should employ suitable ways to support their reference service in view of their own conditions.
