摘要
目的:规范骨科医保患者植入性耗材的使用,确保医院医保患者的最大利益。方法:对某三甲医院2011年上半年骨科植入性耗材使用情况作描述性统计分析。结果:骨科植入性耗材种类繁多,型号复杂,医院努力做到了在保证医疗质量的基础上使医保患者获得最大收益。结论:通过加强人员培训,严格采购审批程序,加强对植入性耗材安全认证,强化院内监管力度,在全院推行规范化管理制度,加强了对植入性耗材的规范化管理,确保了患者的最大利益。
Objective To standardize the utilization of the implantable consumables for the orthopedic patients of medical insurance. Methods Statistical analysis was performed for the implantable consumables of the orthopedic patients of medical insurance in some third-class first-grade hospital in the first half of 2011. Results Medical quality and the benefit of the patients of medical insurance were all ensured. Conclusion It＇s suggested that personnel training and approval procedure be emphasized to standardize the utilization of the implantable consumables of the orthopedic patients of medical insurance.
