摘要
介绍了i-STAT便携式血液分析仪与倍肯野战快速检验背囊的组成和功能以及优点,阐述了i-STAT便携式血液分析仪在"5.12"汶川特大地震后伤员快速检验中的应用情况,并与倍肯野战快速检验背囊相比较,总结了二者在野战快速检验中的优缺点,以利于在野战环境条件下迅速开展检验医学工作,为伤病员的及时救治提供迅速、准确、可靠的检验结果,从而有效地完成卫勤保障任务。
i-STAT portable clinical analyzer and Biochem POCT Solution are introduced first, then the application of i- STAT portable clinical analyzer in ＂5·12＂ Wenchuan Earthquake is analyzed and compared with Biochem POCT Solution. The advantages and disadvantages of i-STAT portable clinical analyzer and Bioehem POCT Solution in field operation are summarized in order to perform field clinical laboratory examination quickly in filed environment and provide reliable test results in favor of fulfilling mission of medical support effectively.
