双源CT颈部CTA扫描方案选择原则的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨双源64层螺旋CT颈部动脉成像方案的选择原则。方法:80例行颈部CTA检查的患者随机分为A、B 2组,每组40例。A组采用CT单能量减影扫描方案(DS-CTA),B组采用CT双能量减影扫描方案(DE-CTA),扫描后数据传至工作站作后处理,然后对图像进行评价。结果:与A组相比,B组断层扫描时间平均缩短67%、辐射剂量平均降低21%;在后处理时间和图像质量方面,B组与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双源64层螺旋CT颈部动脉成像方案应依据患者具体情况合理选择。 Objective To investigate the principle for selection of 64-slice spiral DSCT neck CTA program. Mothods Eighty patients undergoing neck CTA were divided into two groups of A and B equally, of which, group A went through DS-CTA and group B through DE-CTA. Then the scanning data were transmitted to the workstation for post operation and evalua- tion. Results Averagely, the scanning period of group B was 67% shorter than that of group A, and the radiation dose of the former 21% less than that of the latter, while there was significant difference between the two groups in the aspects of post- operation period and image quality with P more than 0.05. Conclusion Selection of 64-slice spiral DSCT scanning program has to be based on the condition of the patient.
