摘要
目的:在无医生工作站源程序的情况下,实现"军卫一号"系统自动抗菌药物分级管理。方法:利用Oracle数据库触发器,对医生站医嘱的写入操作进行控制,根据不同的医生权限,赋予不同的写入权限。结果:该方法能有效实现不同抗菌药物使用的分级管理。结论:该方法简单易行,推广性强,适应性强,为广大医院执行卫生部抗菌药物分级管理规定提供了有效的途径和方法。
Objective To realize automatic antimicrobial hierarchical management of No. 1 Military Medical Project without the source program of the doctor workstation. Methods Oracle database trigger was used to control the write operation of medical order of the doctor workstation, and the authority was endowed according to the classification of the doctor, Results The antimierobial hierarchical management of No.1 Military Medical Project was realized. Conclusion The antimierobial hierarchical management, being simple and highly adaptive, is worth popularizing in the hospitals.
