基于C8051F的溶解氧分析检测电路设计

摘要 目的:设计一种溶解氧分析检测电路。方法:采用多路极普式覆膜电极对水溶液进行检测,电极输出的电流信号,经信号调解电路转换为电压信号,采用基于C8051F020的控制系统对采样值进行温度补偿后作加权平均获得测量值。结果:该电路实现了溶解氧的实时检测,并具备参数显示、调整、电极标定、分析等功能。结论:该电路对溶解氧的检测精度高、性能稳定,在水处理设备研发、环境水质监测等应用领域具有很好的应用前景。 Objective To design a circuit for detecting dissolved oxygen. Methods Multi-channel polarograph covering electrodes were used to detect the water solution. The current signal from electrodes was converted into a voltage signal by the signal mediation circuit. After temperature compensation based on C8051F020 control system, weighted average sampling values were obtained as the measured values. Results The circuit realized real time detecting of dissolved oxygen, and possessed the functions of parameter display, adjustment and analysis. Conclusion This circuit for dissolved oxygen detecting is high precision and stable. It has a good application prospect in research and development of water treatment equipment and environmental water quality monitoring.
