摘要
目的:设计能够同时满足舰艇日常会议、急救手术需求的两用装置。方法:会议桌-手术床两用结构主要由面板机构、支撑机构、面板展收机构、手术体位调节机构、手术器械盘托架机构等部分组成,对各部分设计通过三维建模来实现。结果:设计了一种全机械结构的会议桌-手术床两用装置,平时处于会议桌状态,需要手术时可快速转换为手术床状态,在此状态下能够实现的手术体位包括平躺、头部放低和腿部放低。结论:较好地解决了舰艇会议室开展紧急救治手术时存在的诸多问题,对提高舰艇伤员急救效率、减少伤死率具有重大意义。
Objective To design a dual-purpose instrument for council board and operation table. Methods The instrument consisted of the board, support, setup mechanism, operating position regulating mechanism and bracket for medical devices, and 3D modeling was applied to the design, Results The instrument was used as the council board usually, and converted into the operation table when necessary, with the positions of lying low, lowered head or lowered feet. Conclusion The dual- purpose instrument for council board and operation table can be used for the emergency operation in the ship meeting room, with the efficiency enhanced and mortality reduced.
