摘要
医药分开是当前医疗改革的重要环节,对此各地区开展了多种路径的探索。总结了各地区医药分开的实施路径,采用制度变迁理论分析医药分开的历史演变和现状,提出路径依赖、规则制约和时滞问题,并从中探索解决之道。
Separation of Dispensing from prescription（SDP）problem is an important part of the current health care reform, and local government carry out a variety of paths to solve this problem. This article summarizes the paths of SDP, then use the institution change theory to analyse the history of SDP and the current situation, and put forward the issue about path-dependence, the condition of rules and time delay. According to the institution theory, we will give some suggestions to this problem,
