摘要
目的观察心力衰竭(HF)患者血清脂联素、瘦素的表达水平,探讨其与HF病变程度的相关性。方法选取60例HF患者记为HF组并据纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)标准及左心室射血分数(LVEF)分级,同时选30例健康人为对照组,然后分别测定血清脂联素、瘦素、白介素(IL)-6以及脑型利钠肽(BNP)水平。结果 HF组的血清脂联素、瘦素、IL-6、BNP水平明显高于对照组,血清脂联素、瘦素、IL-6与BNP呈正相关;与LVEF均呈负相关。血清脂联素、瘦素水平随HF程度的加重而逐渐升高。结论血清脂联素、瘦素与HF密切相关,可能参与了HF的发生发展,血清脂联素、瘦素测定可作为判断HF程度的一个指标。
Objective To observe the changes of serum adiponectin, serum leptin, and study the association be- tween serum adiponectin, serum leptin and congestive heart failure patients. Methods According to Framinghan criteria and some certain include and exclude criteria,60 patients were selected. They were assigned to groups ac- cording to NYHA Class and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and 45 controls were determined and contras- ted. Plasm serum adiponectin, serum leptin, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level was es- timated with ELISA. Results The serum adiponeetin, serum leptin, IL-6 and BNP in congestive heart failure pa- tients were significantly higher than that of the controls. The serum adiponectin, serum leptin, IL-6 levels were posi- tively correlated with BNP levels and were negatively correlated with LVEF levels. The serum adiponeetin, serum leptin increased with the increase of degree of congestive heart failure. Conclusion Serum adiponectin and serum leptin level are closely related to heart failure, and may be involved in occurrence and development of heart failure. The assay of the serum adiponectin, serum leptin level are one reference index in judgement of the degree of conges- tive heart failure.
