Fas/FasL系统与急性冠脉综合征关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 急性冠脉综合征(ACS)是指冠状动脉病变程度不同的一组疾病,它是由于冠状动脉粥样斑块破裂或溃烂、局部血栓形成导致冠状动脉血流显著减少或完全中断而引起的一系列表现,包括不稳定型心绞痛、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死及ST段抬高型心肌梗死,常因并发心源性休克、左心衰竭、心律失常等并发症而导致患者死亡,其病死率占心血管病之首位。它的发生、发展过程受多种因素的影响,其中脂肪合成酶及其配体(Fas/FasL)系统具有重要作用。本文就凋亡密切相关的Fas/FasL系统与ACS的关系作一综述。
