神经胶质细胞和神经退行性疾病 被引量:13

摘要 神经胶质细胞是神经系统的间质细胞,数目为神经元的10~50倍,对中枢神经系统(CNS)的生理病理起着重要作用,支持和保护神经元、参与免疫应答、调节神经递质、影响突触的形态与功能。在神经退行性疾病(如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、肌萎缩侧索硬化等)中,神经胶质细胞通过各种途径参与疾病的发病机制,并影响疾病进展。
