320排CT灌注成像在肝脏肿瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量：8

摘要 肝脏良恶性肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断一直是困扰医学工作者的难题之一，准确的诊断及鉴别诊断是指导临床选择恰当的治疗方案和判断患者预后的重要基础。早期发现、早期诊断及早期治疗是降低死亡率的关键。本文通过探讨肝脏良、恶性肿瘤在320排CT灌注成像参数、肝血流参数的变化规律，研究320排CT灌注成像在肝脏良、恶性肿瘤早期诊断、病情评估及疗效评价中的应用价值。
