食管鳞状细胞癌患者术后组织中MMP-14及C-MYC的表达及相关性被引量：1

摘要目的检测食管鳞状细胞癌术后组织中基质金属蛋白酶-14(MMP-14)和C-MYC的表达,探讨二者的关系及临床意义。方法以80例食管鳞状细胞癌标本作为观察组,以40例正常食管黏膜组织作为对照组,应用流式细胞术检测两组中MMP-14和C-MYC的表达,观察二者表达的差别及在不同临床病理特征中表达的差别。结果观察组中MMP-14和C-MYC的表达量明显高于对照组,观察组中MMP-14和C-MYC的表达量与分化程度、浸润深度、肿瘤最大直径、Ki67的表达均密切相关,相关分析显示观察组中MMP-14和C-MYC的表达具有正相关性。结论 MMP-14和C-MYC在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达且具有协同作用,共同促进肿瘤的进展,联合检测MMP-14和C-MYC的表达可能与食管鳞状细胞癌患者的预后密切相关。
