摘要
为了适应发电行业的集团化运作、集约化运营需要,研究开发了发电集团技术监督管控平台。管控平台基于B/S结构,分发电集团公司与所属发电厂两级部署,具有技术监督网络管控、报表管理、计划与总结、指标分析、在线数据分析、标准制度管理等基本功能,在提供数据及业务支持方面能够发挥重要作用。目前,该管控平台已在某发电集团成功上线运行,实践表明,该系统有效提高了技术监督信息填报的准确性和完整性,增强了发电集团技术监督工作管控能力,同时也调动了各层次专业技术管理人员的主观能动性。本管控平台的开发应用,为提高发电集团专业化技术监督水平提供参考。
In order to meet the needs of collectivized operation and intensive operation in the power generation industry, the paper promotes platform of technical supervision information management and control. The Management and control platform is based on B/S structure, distributing both the group company and owning power plants. The main functions with network control of technical supervision, report management, planning and analysis, online data summary, index analysis, basic features such as standard systems management, can play an important role in providing data and operational support. At present, the platform has been successfully run online, practice has shown that the technical supervision of the system to effectively improve the accuracy and completeness of information reported, enhanced power generation group technical supervision, regulatory capacities, but also to mobilize the initiative of professional technical management personnel at all levels. The development and application of management and control platform provide reference for raising the level of power group in professional and technical supervision.
