Scientific Data Management and Sharing Policies in Foreign Countries: Investigation and Inspiration to Us

摘要 文章选取美国、英国、澳大利亚三个国家作为调查对象,从科研管理机构、高校制定的数据管理政策以及政府制定的数据公开政策等方面考察其科学数据管理方面的政策特点和对我国的启示,以便为我国制定与完善科学数据管理政策、推进科学数据共享实践提供借鉴。 This paper takes U.S.A, United Kingdom, and Australian as the cases, to study the character and en- lightenment of these countries＇ data management/sharing policies made by research management institutions and universities, and the open data policies made by governments, aiming at providing experiences to learn when formulating and perfecting data management/sharing policies as well as promoting data management/sharing policies as well as promoting data sharing prac- tices in China.
