摘要
在阐述有关工业化、城镇化和农业现代化协调发展理论及其内涵的基础上,对河南省农区的发展特点及其在"三化"协调发展中面临的障碍进行了剖析,提出农区必须通过大力发展农业现代化,走出一条以农业为基础、以工业为支撑、以城镇化为依托,工农互促、产城互动、城乡融合的"三化"协调发展之路。包括以农产品和劳动力资源为纽带,推进工农互促;以集聚发展为载体,推进产城互动;以体制机制创新为动力,推进城乡融合。
Based on discussing the theories of coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, as well as its connotation, this paper analyzed the special features and obstacles in the process of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinative development of Henan agricultural areas. Furthermore, proposed that agricultural areas must develop agriculture modernization, and follow the agro-based, industry-supported, urbanize-relied way to achieve coordinative development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. It including the following aspects： promoting worker-peasant interaction with the link of agricultural products and labor resources, promoting the integration of city and industry with carrier of cluster development, and promoting integration of urban and rural development with the driving force of institutional innovation.
