摘要
本文分析了石河子农业发展现状和存在的问题;阐述了石河子垦区农业经营模式的制度变迁和动因及趋势。通过AHP层次分析法,对石河子垦区现代化农业的发展绩效进行测算,证实了石河子垦区现代农业发展居新疆兵团各垦区前列。从兼顾两个经营主体利益和费用自理、两费分离原则出发,构建了石河子垦区现代农业经营模式;并从科技水平、农产品加工业、产业化水平、商品化程度方面,提出了实现现代农业经营模式的保障措施。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shihezi agricultural development; elaborated the motivation and trends of institutional change of Shihezi Reclamation agriculture business model. Through AHP estimates the performance of the Shthezi Reclamation modem agriculture development. This paper confirmed that the Shihezi Reclamation modem agricul^ral development is ahead of the other Reclamation in XPCC. From the principles of taking into account the interests of the two business entities and the farmer own expense, the separation of charges to build the Shihezi Reclamation modem agriculture business model; from the level of science and technology, the agricultural product processing industry, the level of industrialization and commercialization extent, it put forward to achieve the modem agricultural operations mode.
