摘要
针对临床免疫检测高灵敏度、高通量的要求,研制了基于化学发光检测原理的免疫分析仪。结合化学发光免疫检测步骤,采用模块化设计思想和流水线作业模式完成仪器方案设计;通过微升级别液体加注过程的分析及仿真给出加样模块相关参数的优化原则;通过免疫复合物颗粒磁分离过程的分析给出磁场设计原则。在此基础上根据检测过程各步骤的操作要求及整体速度要求设计流水线各工位模块及控制系统。测试实验结果表明仪器检测结果准确,试剂兼容性好,达到了国家卫生部相关要求。仪器可稳定实现每小时180测试,目前已在多家医院临床应用。
According to the requirements of high sensitivity and high flux of clinical immunoassay system, an immunoassay analyzer is developed based on the principle of chemiluminescence. The system prototype is designed by considering the chemiluminescence immunoassay steps and applying the idea of modular design and pipeline operation. Based on the analysis and simulation of milliliter level liquid filling-up process, the optimized requirements of relative sampling parameter is given. The design requirement for the magnetic field is then presented based on the analysis of separating immunocomplex process. The design of the pipeline modular and control system is completed according to the programmed manipulation and detection speed. Finally, the full-functional equipment is tested and the detection results show that the developed analyzer has high detection accuracy and good compatibility and it can fully meet the relevant specific standard of National Ministry of Health. In addition, implementation of stability tests ensures that at least 180 samples can be processed within one hour. The developed analyzer has been successfully applied in several hospitals.
