摘要
文章在界定经济型移动咨询服务的基础上从用户基础和工具发展状况两个方面详细分析经济型移动咨询服务开展的必要性和可行性,以手机QQ、飞信、微信三种即时通信工具为载体具体阐述经济型移动实时咨询服务平台的构建,从感知价值角度出发详细剖析咨询馆员和用户对经济型移动实时咨询服务平台有用性和易用性的感知,从而定位其应用策略和发展趋势。
Based on defining the economical mobile reference,the article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the service from the aspects of users and tools,discusses on how to build the platform for real-time reference services based on economical mobile with the examples of mobile QQ,Fetion and Kik,dissects the users and librarians' perception on the serviceability and usability of the platform from perceived value,develops its application policy and finds its development trend on this base.
