摘要
从高校数字资产的概念出发,阐述了基于高校管理信息化的数字资源资产化管理及意义,高校数字资产管理给高校图书馆功能拓展带来了发展机遇。介绍了高校数字资产的知识产权保护管理的现状,通过引入金字塔模型到高校数字资产管理及开发中,构建出一种新的高校数字资产增值开发模式。
Based on the concept of the digital assets of university,the paper illustrates the asset management of digital resources and its significance.The asset management of digital resources brings a great many opportunities and challenges to the function expanding of university libraries.By analyzing the current situation of the protection of intellectual property rights of the university digital asset management,the authors introduce the Pyramid Model in the asset management,and build a new value-added development model for university digital assets.
