New Technology of Formation Fluid Sampling While Drilling and Application

摘要 介绍了随钻地层流体取样(FSWD)新技术的系统组成及其原理,分析了其特点和推广应用优势。现场应用结果表明,哈里伯顿公司和贝克休斯公司的FSWD均能解决大斜度井、水平井中电缆测试器下入难的问题,顺利进行地层压力恢复测试,并可对目的层地层流体进行实时分析,取得更为纯净的地层流体,节约整体钻井成本。最后指出了FSWD技术发展的瓶颈,建议我国在目前随钻测量技术的基础上,改善整体系统结构,提高应用的便利性、可靠性和经济性,保持对国外先进技术的跟踪研究,缩小与国际油田服务公司之间的差距。 The systematic composition and principle of the new technology of formation fluid sampling while drilling (FSWD) was introduced in the paper. Its features and strengths of spread and application were ana- lyzed. The field application shows that the FSWD of Halliburton Company and Baker Hughes Company can deal with the running difficulty of the cable tester in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells. The formation pressure recov- ery testing is smooth. The real-time analysis of the target layer' s formation fluid can be conducted to obtain cleaner formation fluids and save overall drilling cost. Finally, the paper points out the developmental bottleneck of the FSWD technology. It is suggested that on the basis of the current measurement while drilling (MWD) technology the overall system structure should be improved, the convenience, reliability and economy of the system should be strengthened, the tracking study of advanced foreign technologies should be sustained and the gap between domestic and foreign oilfield services companies should be shortened.
