摘要
目的探讨加味越鞠丸对高血压患者血压、胰岛素抵抗及生活质量的影响。方法临床收集60例高血压患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,均服用贝那普利作为基础治疗,其中治疗组加服加味越鞠丸,共治疗8周。观察治疗前后血压、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、临床症状积分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果两组经治疗后均能有效降低血压(P<0.05),两组间降压有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组可显著降低胰岛素抵抗指数(P<0.05)。两组均能显著降低症状积分(P<0.05),其中治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均能降低患者的SAS和SDS积分(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味越鞠丸能缓解高血压患者症状,缓解焦虑及抑郁状态,并改善患者胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To observe the effects of Jiawei Yueju pills（JYP） on the blood pressures,insulin resistance and the quality of life in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Sixty patients with essential hypertension were divided randomly into two groups：Control group treated with benazepril,and treatment group treated with JYP and benazepril for 8 weeks. Blood pressure, ho- meostasis model assessment -estimated insulin resistance （HOMA -IR）, symptom scores, Self- Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were observed at the beginning and end of the research. Results After treatment, blood pres- sures were lowered in both groups （P^0.05）. There were no statistical differences between the two groups （P^0. 05）. The HOMA - IR in treatment group were lowered （P＊（0.05）. The symptom scores were lowed in both groups （P〈0. 05） ,and that in treatment group were better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of SDS and SAS were lowered in both groups（P〈0.05） ,and that in treatment group were also better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion JYP could relieve the symptoms of hypertensive patients, alleviate anxiety and depression, and improve insulin resistance.
