摘要
分析了铸片工艺及纵向拉伸工艺对PET薄膜透明度的影响。通过实验可知PET薄膜的透明度随着急冷辊温度的升高逐渐降低,铸片温度在20℃时所生产的薄膜透明度最高(99.5%),当急冷辊的温度低于20℃或高于40℃时都会造成不正常生产。拉伸温度对PET薄膜透明度影响不大,但拉伸比越大,冷却温度越低,其产品的透明度越高。
The effects of casting strip and longitudinal tensile process on PET film transparency were analysed. The test results showed that the transparency of PET film was gradually decreased with the increasing of sharp cooling roll temperature. The film transparency maximum value can reach 99.5 % when the casting temperature at 20 ℃. No-normal production can be caused when the temperature of sharp cooling roll was lower than 20 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃. The effects of drawing temperature had little effect on PET film transparency. The larger the drawing ratio, the lower the cooling temperature,the higher the transparency was.
