摘要
探讨了机电控制系统自动控制技术与一体化设计,首先从机电控制系统与自动控制系统的内涵入手,在此基础上讨论了机电一体化的设计目标,即使产品具有智能化、模块化、网络化、微型化、绿色化和系统人格化等特点,最后阐述了机电一体化产品的设计方法,电子线路代替机械控制机构、机械部分与电子部分的有机整合以及功能模块的整合。
This paper briefly discussed the automatic control technology of the mechanical and electrical control system and its integration design, from the connotation of the mechanical and electrical control system and the automatic control system, and based on this, discussed the design ideal of the mechanical and electrical integration, and that is intelligent,modularization, network, miniaturization, greening and system personification etc, finally elaborated the design method of mechanical and electrical products, electronic circuit instead of mechanical control organization, organic integration of mechanical and electronic parts and function module integration.
