基于TOP250Y的单片反激电源设计

摘要 TOPSwitch系列集成芯片的应用是新一代开关电源设计的重要特点和趋势。文中介绍了一种采用TOP250Y集成芯片实现的开关电源。根据T0P250Y的特性给出了单端反激式开关电源的工程设计方法,对外围电路的设计进行了分析。最后,给出了实验结果,实验表明,该电源具有效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定等优点。 The integration controlling chip, such as TOPSwitch, is the important features and trends of the new generation switching mode power supply (SMPS). This paper introduced a kind of method to implement the SMPS using TOP25OY. According to the TOP250Y characteristics, the paper provided an engineering method to design of single-fly-back switching mode power supply. It analyzed and discussed the external circuit, and gave attentions and methods to the design matters. Finally , the test results showed the power supply have the advantages of high efficiency, low ripple and stable output voltage and so on.
