操作机缸体热处理工艺改进

摘要 操作机缸体是大型水压机操作机夹钳的驱动装置,其力学性能要求较高。在借鉴630 t.m操作机缸体热处理成功经验基础上,在满足材料力学性能要求的同时,为改进操作者工作环境并减少劳动强度,对450 t.m锻造操作机缸体热处理工艺进行了改进。新工艺采用"水-空-水"淬火,最终达到理想效果。 Manipulator cylinder is the driving device of manipulator clamp of large hydraulic press, and its mechanical performance requirements are stricter. On the basis of successful experience in heat treatment of 630 t · m manipulator cylinder, the improvement of heat treatment process for 450 t · m manipulator cylinder has been done to improve work environment and reduce labor intensity for operator. The new technology is adopted " water-air-water" quenching to reach the ideal effect finally.
