摘要
目的护士在患者住院期间,通过与患者及家属沟通交流,使用不同方式的健康教育,分析对脑外伤患者健康恢复的影响,确立最为适合的健康教育方式,使患者在住院期间了解必要的医学知识,配合治疗和护理,有利于患者身心和疾病的康复并提高护理质量。方法本研究采用方便抽样的方法,选取兰州军区临潼疗养院附属医院100例脑外科患者及家属为调查对象,进行讲授、宣传册、广播、DVD、多媒体课件等5种健康教育方式,调查这5种健康教育方式的理解性、可适用性、指导性、生动形象性、记忆的保持性、互动性、内容满意度、推广性。调查采用0~8级量化评分,所得结果应用SPSS11.5统计分析软件进行数据处理、描述性统计分析、卡方检验、方差分析。结果 5种健康教育方式的评分比较,知识掌握度中DVD的评分最高90%,而不同健康教育方式评分结果的差异主要体现在教育方式的理解性、互动性、生动形象性、记忆的保持性、推广性、内容满意度上,而教育方式的可适用性和指导性差异无统计学意义。结论在临床工作中的健康教育方式多种多样且各有裨益,只有将各种健康教育方式结合在一起,开展以DVD为主,讲授、多媒体课件教育为辅的健康教育方式,才能获得更为满意的健康教育效果。
Objective During the sufferers' hospitalization, nurses communicate with sufferers and their family members, adopt different health education methods, analyze the influence of rehabilitation for brain surgery sufferers, establish the most suitable health education method, so that the sufferers can understand necessary medical knowledge, cooperate with treatment and nursing, thus to benefit the suffer-ers' physical and spiritual rehabilitation and improve nursing quality.Methods 100 brain surgery sufferers and family members from the Affiliated Hospital of Lintong Sanatorium, Lanzhou Military Region were selected through convenience sampling method to accept five dif- ferent health education methods of lectures, brochures, broadcasts, DVD, and multimedia.The five different health education methods were surveyed in terms of comprehension, direction, vividness, memory permanence, interactivity, content satisfaction and generalization perfor- mance.The survey was scaled at 0 - 8 levels ,and the results were conducted by SPSS 11.5 software in terms of data processing,descrip-tive statistical analysis, Chi-square Test, and variance analysis. Results Among the five different health education methods, DVD in acqui-sition of knowledge got the highest score of 90%, and the score differences of different health education methods mainly reflect in compre-hension, interactivity, vividness, memory permanence, generalization performance and content satisfaction.While the differences of education methods in feasibility and direction were not of statistical significance.Conclusion Different health education methods in clinical work have their respective advantages, only when we combine different health education methods, adopt DVD show supplemented with lectures and multimedia can we achieve more satisfactory health education effects.
