摘要
目的评价中药离子导入联合口服氨基葡萄糖与口服氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将160例KOA患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组口服氨基葡萄糖治疗,治疗组在口服药物的基础上给予中药离子导入治疗。结果治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为82.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入联合口服氨基葡萄糖治疗KOA疗效优于单纯口服氨基葡萄糖治疗,短期疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis with glucosamine to treat knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods 160 sufferers with KOA were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group with 80 in each group.The control group were given oral glucosamine while the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis besides oral medicine.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%, while it was 82.5% in the control group.The differences of the two groups were of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of com-bining traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis with glucosamine to treat knee osteoarthritis was superior to that of mere oral glu-cosamine with accurate short-term curative effect.
