降钙素原(PCT)检测在临床感染中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 目的:对降钙素原(PCT)检测在临床感染中的应用价值进行评价分析。方法:随机抽取细菌感染性疾病临床患者67例和同期收治的非感染性疾病患者60例作为研究对象,分别定义为观察组和对照组,对其展开PCT、CRP、WBC检测,而后对比分析检测结果。结果:观察组患者PCT、CRP阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),然两组患者的WBC检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在感染性疾病患者诊断过程中展开降钙素原检测能够有效提高诊断准确性,值得关注。
