摘要
目的通过对老年患者出现谵妄状态的临床症状观察,采取相应的护理措施,提高对该病的护理水平。方法总结16例老年性谵妄患者的临床资料,分析出现精神行为症状的护理方法。结果老年性谵妄患者通过治疗和护理后,全部痊愈出院。结论加强护士对老年性谵妄疾病的认识,对照顾者和家属做好健康宣教,有利于谵妄患者康复。
Objective To improve the nursing level for elderly patients with delirium, through the observation of clini- cal symptoms of delirium in elderly patients and taking the appropriate nursing intervention. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of elderly patients with delirium and analyzed the nursing measures of behavioral and psychological symptoms were summa- rized. Results All of the elderly patients with delirium made remarkable recovery after treatment and nursing. Conclusion Enhancing the understanding of nurses about the disease of senile delirium and good health education to caregivers and families are favorable to the recovery of senile delirium patients.
