外源性腐胺对大鼠精神状态的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨不同浓度的外源性腐胺对大鼠精神状态的影响。方法选取清洁级健康SD大鼠80只,根据外源性腐胺不同注射剂量,随机分为两组:高浓度组(P1组,n=40;50μg/g)和低浓度组(P2组,n=40;25μg/g),每组分别行外源性腐胺腹腔注射,两种剂量的腐胺分别混合生理盐水稀释液共2 ml行大鼠腹腔内注射1次。连续观察并记录注射后大鼠的精神状态改变,包括大鼠活动度、精神状况、进食情况等。结果实验大鼠在腹腔注射后大部分出现了精神状态改变。P1组中SD大鼠在腹腔注射腐胺后呈精神抑制改变,活动转差,嗜睡,无进食水,约30分钟后情况逐渐好转,变活跃直至正常;而P2组SD大鼠则呈兴奋型改变,相互对嘴撕咬、狂躁奔跑,频繁进食水,约30分钟后逐渐平静并恢复如常。P1组和P2组比较,精神状态改变存在差异(χ2=69.408,P<0.01)。结论不同浓度的外源性腐胺能诱导大鼠出现精神状态改变,低剂量外源性腐胺能刺激大鼠产生兴奋作用,高剂量外源性腐胺则对大鼠精神状态影响表现为先抑制后兴奋作用。 Objective To observe the influence of exogenous putrescine on mental state of rat. Methods Eighty of healthy SD rats were used and divided randomly into two groups (the high concentration and low concentration group of putr- scine) . Both the two group were injected via intraperitoneal cavity with the dose of 50μg/g of putrescine (Pm group) and 25 μg/g of putrescine (P2 group) respectively. The mental state of rats was recorded continuosly such as activity, spirit, feeding, etc. Results The mental state in majority of rats was changed following the injection. The mental state in P1 group showed sup- pressed with poor activity, drowsiness and no feeding whereas biting each other, running and polyphagia in P2 group (χ2 = 69. 408, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The exogenous putrescine in different dose could induce the change of mental state of rats. The low dose caused the rats exciting whereas the high dose inhibition.
