交直流电封闭数字化调速实验教学装置研究

摘要 文章装置主电路采用交直流电封闭设计方案,实现了稳定的交直流电机四象限运行,节约大量电能,可以同时完成交流PWM实验和直流PWM实验。硬件采用兼容性设计,维护方便,互换性强,并在学生实验安全方面做了多方面考虑。主控制芯片采用数字信号处理器DSP,系统控制策略的升级更加灵活。软件结构设计模块化,可根据实验要求进行组合。 AC/DC electric closed design scheme is used for the main circuit of the equipment. The e- quipment can realize the stable four-quadrant operation of AC/DC motor and save electric energy. AC PWM experiment and DC PWM experiment can be finished by the equipment simultaneously. The hardware adopts compatibility design for easy maintenance and replacement. It also takes the students~ experiment security into consideration. The control chip is digital signal processor(DSP), so it is more flexible to upgrade the system control strategy. The modular design is used in the soft- ware structure so as to create combination according to the requirements.
