内镜治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨上消化道出血采用内镜治疗的临床效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院2006年2月-2011年11月收治的上消化道出血患者210例,其中对照组100例采用常规治疗加口服止血药物,治疗组110例采用内镜下治疗,两组进行疗效对比分析。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效率达96.36%(106/110),而对照组的临床总有效率79.00%(79/100),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内镜治疗上消化道出血优于常规治疗,安全且经济,疗效显著,值得临床研究和推广。
