摘要 以社会交换理论、领导理论和积极组织行为学作为理论基础,阐述了领导心理资本对员工组织公民行为的直接作用、中介作用以及调节作用的机制,在回顾前人研究的基础上尝试建立一个综合的研究模型,并提出了未来的研究方向和建议。 This paper suggests that psychological capital of the leader has significant impact on staff' s organizational citizen- ship behavior. There are also some mediating variable affects the process between leader' s psychological capital and staff' s organizational citizenship behavior. From the results above, it builds up an integrated model and points out the direction for further research.
