在剖析非公企业思想政治工作的模式及其规律的基础上,坚持人文关怀和心理疏导,以融合式的思路从目标体系、内容体系、方法体系、长效机制等方面来探索企业思想政治工作的创新途径。
Based on the analysis of non-state-owned enterprise ideological and political work patterns and regular basis, adhere to the humanistic care and psychological counseling, with fusion type ideas from goal system, content system, method system, long-term mechanism to explore aspects of ideological and political work in the enterprises innovation way.
