摘要
教师是高校发展的基础,因此高校的持续发展离不开教师队伍的稳定。基于心理资本能够通过改变个体的认知程序来改变个体的积极态度和行为,而个体态度和行为能够影响教师队伍的稳定,因此,在对心理资本及其作用机制分析的基础上,研究心理资本对于教师队伍稳定的影响以及影响机制和影响程度,并在此基础上研究了基于心理资本作用机制的提高教师队伍稳定性的策略:将心理资本引入到教师的引进环节,加强教师心理资本的培训,改变教师的激励方式,加强心理契约的管理———用心理资本夯实心理契约。
As teachers are the basis of the development of colleges and universities, their sustainable development requires the stability of their teaching staff. An individual's psychological capital can change his attitude and behavior by changing his cognitive process, which in return influences the sta bility of the teaching staff. Therefore, based on an analysis of psychological capital and its mecha nism, the present article investigates the impact of psychological capital on teachers' stability, the mechanism and the degree of the impact and by further studying the strategies for stabilizing teaching staff it suggests that psychological capital should be introduced into the recruitment and employment of teachers, the training of teachers' psychological capital improved, the method of offering incentive changed and the management of psychological contract reinforced, or psychological contract strength- ened with psychological contract.
