摘要深圳地铁6号线是深圳市政府确定的轨道交通投融资改革试点线路,拟推行公私合营的建设模式。为了吸引社会资本,先期研究6号线的运营成本,具有十分重要的意义。结合深圳市地铁一、二期的运营成本调研情况,采用要素成本法,对地铁6号线的运营成本进行测算,为政府决策、招商谈判提供依据。同时,针对地铁运营特点,提出降低运营成本的措施,供运营企业参考。 By taking the two surveys on operating costs of the Shenzhen metro phase I and Phase II into consideration, using the factor cost method to calculate the operating costs of Line 6, the paper provides the basis for government decision-making, and investment negotiations. Meanwhile, with metro operational characteristics, measures to reduce operating costs are recommended.
