摘要
目的:分析医用电子直线加速器在浙江省的分布情况,为浙江省各级放疗机构配置医用直线加速器提供参考。方法:对浙江省医用直线加速器的分布与地区、经济收入和人口分布的关系进行比较分析。同时与国内外医用加速器配置情况进行比较。结果:浙江省的医用加速器人均拥有量略高于全国平均水平,但配置仍不足,而且分布不均衡。结论:医用直线加速器的分布与地区的经济发展状况、人口学特征相关,各级医院在配置医用直线加速器时应充分考虑当地的人均收入水平、人口密度,并综合考虑放疗物理师的配置、加速器生产厂家的服务质量等因素。
Objective： To analyze distribution of medical linear accelerator （LINAC） in Zhejiang province for the guidance of purchasing LINAC in our province. Methods： The relation between distribution of LINAC and region ,economic income , population distribution of Zhejiang province were Compared and analysed. And compare with the distribution of LINAC in China and abroad. Results： LINAC configuration in Zhejiang Province is slightly higher than the national average, but still insufficient and unevenly distributed. Conclusion： The distribution of LINAC associated with the region＇s economic development and the demographic characteristics, At all levels of hospital, should fully consider local per capita income level, population density in the configuration of LINAC, and in comprehensive consideration of radiation physicist,and after-sale service quality.
