摘要 符合线路断层显像主要由可变角双探头SPECT系统、符合探测线路和衰减校正等组成。该设备不需要笨重的铅准直器,而是利用符合探测技术由成对的探测器装置接收湮没辐射产生的2个方向相反(成180o)能量相等(511keV)γ光子,经计算机处理,重建而获得各种参数和断层影像,从而对病变做出定性或定量诊断。符合线路SPECT的临床应用价值已得到临床肯定,这无疑对我国正电子成像事业发展具有重大的推动作用。本文对医用核子仪器尤其是近年来在国内外广泛应用的双和/或三探头符合线路SPECT显像的工作原理和特点及临床应用进行了综述。 Tomography with coincidence is composed of variable-angle dual and /or triple-head SPECT system, coincidence detection circuit and attenuation correction (AC). The imaging principles of coincidence detection (CD) without bulky and cumbersome lead-collimator detected two 511keV gamma photons (180 o direction) in annihilation by use of coincidence detection techniques, and acquired various parameters and section imaging to diagnose in the small lesion qualitatively and quantitatively through computer processing and reconstruction. The clinical application value and the imaging quality obtained from CD have been already confirmed. It is no doubt for propelling the development of our national positron imaging working to possess very important significance. In this paper, we describe the principle, properties and clinical application of dual and/or triple-head tomography with coincidence, one of the nuclear medicine imaging instruments, which has been recently widely used in our country.
